The Green Community and Dubai Investments Park in Dubai is a quality
development, located off the Emirates Road 311 highway, a little back
from the main areas of new city and very close to Jebel Ali. The residential areas in DIP are Green Community, Ritaj, Ewan, Themar, to name a few. The final stage of Al Yalayes Road completing the linking of Sheikh

This traffic corridor, which spans four lanes in each direction and
stretches 9km, also provides entry and exit points to the DIP, Jumeirah
Golf Estates through signalised roundabouts; which can later be
transformed into flyovers. The project also included the construction of
a ramp on the Emirates Road to ease the traffic flow inbound from Jebel
Ali heading left towards Sharjah.
